Time to pick out our favourite funny reads! Kate has chosen the Percy Jackson books while Rob goes for Private Eye.
Rob: These Private Eye Annuals were a regular Christmas gift that would keep me entertained for weeks. I’m now a subscriber to the magazine itself, so these ‘best of’ annuals are no longer required!
Kate: I love the Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus books for so many reasons. Rick Riordan is brilliant at updating myths and legends for a modern setting and sensibility, weaving new and old characters and fantastic action but these stories are also great fun and totally hilarious. They have me snorting and laughing out loud.
